Your order will usually be shipped 5-7 days after purchase. Sometimes this can take longer (7-12 days), because 3D printing is a long process and errors can result in delays.

If you don't receive your order, please send an email to the address provided. We will confirm the status of your shipment, and issue a refund if the item is lost.

After we confirm your refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, please wait 2-3 days to receive the funds.

You can order an item in any color you see available with the product. If you have any specific requests that are not currently in stock, request it with a quote and the specific color/filament will purchased and produced.

You can use all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Facebook pay, Apple pay.

We do not suggest these prints for children as they may break apart and become a choking hazard if they are not handled in the correct manner. Some prints may also have rough or sharp edges depending on the design.

We do not suggest leaving them outside unless otherwise directed depending on the filament that was used. Refer to the Materials section for more information on what filaments we use.
